Having things happen at an event when they’re supposed to happen, or when it’s the best possible time is an art. Each event is unique, and each has their own timing. Successful events are the best possible promotion. It’s good for you and it’s good for us. Our job is to assist you in realizing your vision for the event. That’s what we do.
Why do I say that?
As Director of F&B for many venues in SoCal, I’ve literally run hundreds of events. It’s a grueling job, which is why I’ll never go back to it as a vocation, but I do really like a good party. I’m like a consultant included with the package. You can take advantage of my experience, or not. But either way, the music will be solid.
WEDDINGS
I (Dave) was a Food & Beverage Director for Private Country Clubs and Hotels for nearly 20 years. I have coordinated literally hundreds of weddings. Part of the service we provide as the entertainment, is to coordinate your event on the day of the event.
